The living room sits under a recessed ceiling, with floor-to-ceiling black-framed sliders on two walls that look straight into the canopy outside and out to a balcony. A low cream modular sectional fills the center of the room, dressed with brown and mauve pillows and an olive knit throw, and a pair of brown leather pouf ottomans sit at its edge on a moss green rug.

In the corner, a red and cream striped sculptural armchair with its matching ball ottoman faces the sofa. Beside it stands a black floor lamp carved into two branching arms, each topped with a linen cone shade, under a small gold-framed sketch. A large dark abstract canvas hangs above a white scalloped console styled with stacked books and a stem of blooms. A black hat rests on a vintage leather suitcase by the sofa, next to a vase of yellow flowers and a potted monstera.

The kitchen is a run of flat-panel pale oak cabinets with slim black pulls, backed by a full-height slab of white stone shot through with rust and gold veining that climbs to the ceiling. Three oval white glass pendants on thin black stems hang over a stone-topped island with waterfall ends, and sculptural black stools with cream boucle seats pull up to it. Black-framed windows above the sink frame the trees, and a professional range sits under a flush oak hood.

Around the corner, a bar area repeats the stone backsplash under two floating oak shelves. They hold a pierced black bowl, a brass arched mirror, a woven basket, a striped vase and a framed vintage sketch, with a wine fridge tucked below and a staircase with a black metal railing rising behind.

The bathroom is clad floor to ceiling in the same rust-veined stone, with a walk-in shower behind glass, a rain head, a wood stool stacked with towels and a bundle of eucalyptus hung from the fixture. A dark charcoal counter tops an oak vanity with black pulls, and a gray and cream geometric rug softens the tile floor.

The first bedroom is quiet and textural. A charcoal boucle bed is layered with olive velvet, oatmeal and tapestry pillows under a chunky knit throw, while a reeded walnut nightstand holds a white sculptural lamp and a small bouquet. A dip-dyed fringe wall hanging in cream, black and brown fills the wall above the headboard.

The second bedroom turns warmer. A taupe upholstered headboard is piled with mustard pom-pom pillows and a yellow floral duvet, with a black cone lamp and a black vase on a white nightstand beside the window. Two gold-framed prints hang above the bed, a fiddle leaf fig stands in the corner, and a sliding door opens onto a balcony with a cushioned daybed. A pale wood sling chair with a striped pillow sits under a leather cone lamp and two carved wood spears mounted on the wall.
