Where We Work

Level Up Interiors is an interior design firm based in Irvine, in Orange County, California. We have completed projects in thirteen states: California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Colorado, Texas, Alabama, Florida, Michigan, North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania and New York. Most of our work is outside Southern California, and we take commercial projects nationwide.

Selected work

Based in Irvine

Our office is in Irvine, in Orange County. Calypso, a multi family project, is in Irvine. We also completed hospitality interiors for Sessions at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa and at the Shops at Mission Viejo.

Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire

In Los Angeles we completed Kara, Apex The One and Western Ave, all multi family, and West 27th, a student living project. In Azusa we completed Lumia and The Orchard, and in Bellflower, Edgeway, all multi family. In the Inland Empire, Elate in Rancho Cucamonga is a 55+ active adult community model home program.

Arizona, Alabama and ten more states

Outside California our photographed work is student living: Union Tempe and Gateway in Tempe, Urbane and Union on 6th in Tucson, and East Edge in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. We have also completed projects in Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Texas, Florida, Michigan, North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania and New York.

Every one of those projects shipped through the same system: our own receiving warehouse in Southern California handles receiving, inspection and storage, and installation partners in each region work alongside our designers on site.

How we run projects outside Southern California

Procurement and install coordination are handled remotely from our office: we place orders, expedite them and coordinate shipping, storage and inspection with your team and the contractor. When the project reaches installation, our designers are on site. The crew delivers, assembles and places the FF&E, then removes the trash and packing materials.

Design work travels the same way. Mood boards, presentations, drawings and spec packages are shared with your architect and contractor wherever they are. Questions during construction come to us in writing as RFIs and submittals, and our answers go back the same way.

Questions

Can you run a project in a state where you have not worked before?

Yes. We work nationwide. Procurement and install coordination are handled remotely, and our designers are on site for installation.

Will a designer be on site for our installation?

Yes, wherever the project is. Our designers are on site for full-service installation, from delivery and placement to cleanup.

Which Arizona projects have you completed?

Union Tempe and Gateway in Tempe, and Urbane in Tucson. All three are student living projects.

Can one team handle properties in several states?

Yes. We have completed projects in thirteen states, from California and Arizona to Texas, Colorado, Florida and New York. One team carrying the design, documents and FF&E across properties keeps selections and specifications consistent from site to site.
