The covered half of the rooftop is backed by a deep sage wall with saguaros, prickly pear, agave, mountains and puffy clouds sketched in white outline. Coral sofas on white metal frames sit beside black and white striped benches, Corten-style planters hold desert grasses, and string lights cross the ceiling. A ping pong table and a branded cornhole board keep it lively.

Out in the sun, aqua chaise lounges with small green perch tables line a planter of red yucca in front of a tiled band of hexagons and triangles. Elsewhere, striped umbrellas shade a row of loungers, a terracotta sectional sits under a slatted pergola and a black hanging egg chair swings by the rail.

Inside, the clubroom kitchenette sits in a painted navy arch above a speckled terrazzo backsplash and pale wood cabinets. A green velvet sofa, blush boucle poufs and a rust boucle chair make it feel like a living room, with macrame and a cactus bloom print on the walls. A neon OPEN sign marks a bright work counter nearby.

The mailroom turns a block wall into a giant postage stamp: a teal roadrunner under a desert moon with Happy Mail in script. In the gym, two large bobcat portraits in peach and blue watch over red benches and dumbbell racks, and a polka dot pegboard wall holds kettlebells, ropes and a heavy bag.

The model units stay light and practical. Gray sofas and swivel chairs sit on blue patterned rugs, kitchens have white quartz islands with gray counter stools, and bedrooms layer checkered rugs, woven wall hangings, collegiate pennants and white desks with globe lamps. A bathroom adds a green leaf shower curtain.
