Model Home Merchandising in Boise

Micron said in October 2023 that it began construction on a new memory fab in Boise as part of an investment of approximately $15 billion. Employment on that scale brings households from outside the valley who have not seen the builder's product, so the model carries more weight than it would for a local buyer.

We size furniture to the rooms so the plan reads as generous but not empty. We use warm wood, stone and rust and sage accents that suit Boise light, and we layer art and accessories so the home looks lived in without crowding the tour. Each plan gets its own story: the plan with the large kitchen leans on entertaining, the plan with the flex room shows a studio or an office.

A community opens with one model and grows into several. Each new plan has to fit the brand and add something the earlier ones do not. Furniture and accessories that can move between models save cost, and a refresh of a first model keeps it from looking dated against the new ones.

From Irvine, we order the furnishings, receive and inspect them at our Southern California warehouse and hold them until the model is ready. Installation partners place everything with our designers on site, so each opening is finished on time and photographs well for marketing.
