The living room is set in front of two tall windows dressed with sheer white panels on a black rod. A cream sectional with a knit throw carries brick red, slate blue and striped pillows, and a round coffee table with a pale stone top and wood drum base holds a black beaded bowl and an open book on a stand. A woven leather sling chair with a wood frame sits across from the sofa, and two shaggy gray poufs fill the gap by the window.

An arched built-in shelf beside the windows is styled with pottery, baskets, branches and stone spheres. Next to it, two black knotted rope hangings with long fringe hang on the wall above a slim paper floor lamp.

The dining corner sits beside a sliding door to the patio. A round pedestal table in a travertine-look stone is ringed by mushroom velvet chairs with crossed wood backs, and a trailing plant sits in a white vase at the center. Behind it, a large dark green abstract in a thin gold frame hangs above a wood sideboard with a white arched lamp. Through the doorway, a black arched floor mirror leans in the hall.

The kitchen has white shaker cabinets, a gray counter, a white subway tile backsplash and stainless appliances. Styling does the work here: a wood board, a tile trivet painted with red fruit, a bowl of lemons on the peninsula and cognac counter stools with woven backs.

The bedroom pairs a cream boucle headboard on dark wood posts with layered gray, ivory and deep teal pillows over a mottled taupe duvet. Dark wood nightstands carry white ceramic lamps, and two cognac leather chairs and a brass arc lamp make a reading spot by the window under a soft blue and blush abstract. In the bath, framed prints, white orchids and fringed tan towels dress a white vanity with a gray top. A small desk nook holds a landscape painting in a gold frame, a white column lamp and a desk clock.
