We start from the date the building will be ready for furniture and work backward. Lead times differ by product, and made-to-order pieces, upholstery and outdoor furniture take longer than stock items. We place orders in the sequence that gets each category to the dock when it is needed rather than in a single rush.

A clear schedule also protects the build. If drywall, flooring or paint runs late, furniture delivered on the original date has nowhere to go. We keep the order flexible where we can and hold goods in storage when the site is not ready.

Installation is done by local crews who handle delivery, assembly and placement, with our designers present to place each piece where it was planned. The designers also catch the small things that make a room look finished: seating angles, lamp positions, art height, accessory grouping. Cleanup and removal of packing materials is part of the job, so the space is left ready.

Desert conditions affect the plan. Outdoor furniture should arrive protected from sun and dust, and pool and courtyard pieces should be set after other outdoor trades are complete.
