Full-Service Commercial Interior Design in Las Vegas
Full service interior design in Las Vegas means one team carries a new community or a repositioning from the first concept through installed furniture, so design, documents, orders and the final room all come from the same hands. The developer has one point of accountability instead of a chain of firms that each assume the next one will catch the problem.
We work this way for developers, builders, property managers and operators, and we run it from our Irvine office with a receiving warehouse in Southern California and installation partners across the country.
Why Las Vegas developers hand the whole interior to one firm

The valley is building for several kinds of resident at once. County records, as reported in September 2026, show Switch purchased vacant, industrially zoned land at the Apex Industrial Park in North Las Vegas, and activity like that sits alongside demand for garden-style and wrap apartments, workforce-priced units, build-to-rent and new-home communities, and extended-stay hotels. A developer working in that field often has several projects underway and no appetite for managing a separate designer, a separate vendor and a separate installer on each.
Splitting the interior across firms is where schedules slip. A designer specifies a sofa, a vendor quotes a different lead time, and the installer learns of the mismatch on delivery day. When one team owns the whole interior, those conflicts surface on paper, early, and get resolved before anything ships.
How one team keeps Las Vegas design intent intact

The design direction set at the start is the one that reaches the building. Selections made for the lobby, clubhouse and units flow into the documents contractors price from, then into the purchase orders, then onto the dock. Nobody re-interprets the design on the way, because the same people who drew it are checking what arrives.
In the desert that continuity matters more than usual. Intense sun, extreme summer heat and low humidity punish the wrong fabric or finish quickly. A specification that calls for fade-resistant upholstery and heat-tolerant outdoor furniture has to survive substitution requests, and a team that stays with the project is the one that can say no to a swap that will fail within a few summers.
Working full service interior design from Irvine to Las Vegas

We are a national team, based in Irvine, and most of our projects are outside Southern California. Distance is part of how we work. We run the project through shared documents and regular reviews, travel for the walks and site visits the work requires, and put designers on site for installation.
Goods that ship through our own receiving warehouse in Southern California are inspected and stored before they head to the site, so damage and shortages are found before the install crew is standing in a room waiting for freight. Installation partners handle delivery, assembly and placement locally under our direction, with cleanup and removal of packing materials built into the scope.

What the Las Vegas owner provides and what comes back

You provide the program, the plans and drawings you have, the target resident, brand or owner standards where they apply, and the construction schedule. We handle the rest of the interior, and we report against the schedule you gave us.
What comes back is a finished interior that matches the approved design, documented well enough that a property manager can reorder a chair a year later. Small scopes are welcome too. A clubhouse, one amenity room or a lobby refresh can run under the same structure on a smaller scale.
Questions
What does full service interior design in Las Vegas include?
It covers the interior from concept through installation: design direction, the documents contractors need, procurement of furniture and accessories, and on-site installation. You can start with a single scope and extend it as the project grows.
Can an Irvine firm manage a Las Vegas project well?
Yes. Most of our projects are outside Southern California, and the process is built for it. We travel for site walks, use shared documents and reviews, and put designers on site for installation.
Who handles the freight and installation?
We purchase and ship through our own receiving warehouse in Southern California, where goods are inspected and stored. Installation partners deliver and place the furniture locally with our designers on site.
Is full service only for large communities?
No. It suits a new community or a full repositioning, but a single amenity room or a lobby can use the same approach at a smaller size.
