Hospitality and Extended-Stay Interior Design in Las Vegas

In Las Vegas, hospitality interior design covers hotels, extended-stay properties, restaurants and bars, and the guest list runs from weekend visitors to crews who check in for weeks. In September 2026, Switch proposed a data center campus on roughly 175 acres in North Las Vegas, with Phase 1 including two data center buildings, and construction work of that kind brings project crews who need a place to stay.

We work as a national team from Irvine, backed by our own Southern California receiving warehouse and installation partners across the United States.

Extended-stay guest rooms with kitchens in Las Vegas

A guest who stays for weeks judges a room differently from one who stays a night. They cook, do laundry, work from the room and bring more belongings than a traveler would. The room has to function as a small apartment without losing the feel of a hotel.

We plan the kitchen as a full run with a cooktop or compact range, refrigerator and storage, and we place a table that can serve as a desk. Closet and drawer space matter more than decorative extras, and lighting should support both work and rest. Finishes are chosen for hard use: scuff-resistant paint, flooring that cleans quickly and upholstery that resists UV fade since afternoon sun is strong.

Blackout window treatments are close to essential, because guests who work overnight shifts sleep during the day.

Lobbies, restaurants and bars that work day and night in Las Vegas

Las Vegas guests arrive with resort expectations, and even a limited-service property is compared with what is down the road. The public spaces carry that comparison.

A lobby that serves breakfast at sunrise and a drink in the evening needs lighting that changes with the day. Bright, cool light reads well against desert glare in the morning, while warmer layers and lower fixtures set the mood after dark. Furniture groupings should serve a solo traveler on a laptop and a group meeting after work.

Bars and restaurants in this climate need materials that handle spills, sun through glass and constant movement. Desert sand, terracotta, dusk purple and sage give the palette a regional character that still feels like hospitality.

Hotel FF&E procurement and refresh planning in Las Vegas

Furniture, fixtures and equipment for a hotel arrive on a long schedule, and delays in one category can hold a whole floor. We receive, inspect and store pieces at our Southern California warehouse so the install can be coordinated, and our designers are on site when the rooms are set.

For existing properties, a refresh can be planned floor by floor so rooms come back into service as soon as they are finished. Extended-stay properties see wear faster than typical hotels, so a replacement cycle should be part of the original specification rather than a surprise.

Questions

What is hospitality interior design in Las Vegas?

It is the design of hotels, extended-stay properties, restaurants and bars, including guest rooms, lobbies and public spaces. In this market the work balances resort expectations with durability for long stays.

What makes an extended-stay room different?

Guests cook, wash clothes and work in the room, so it needs a real kitchen, storage and a work surface. Finishes are chosen for hard use over weeks, not nights.

How do you plan a hotel refresh without closing the property?

We phase the work floor by floor so rooms come back into service as they finish, and we coordinate delivery and installation around the operating schedule.

Can you design only the lobby or the bar?

Yes. A lobby, restaurant, bar or single guest room type can be its own scope.

Let's get your project moving.

One room or a full renovation. Start with a free quote.
